SecureMaine Cybersecurity Conference

Join an expected 250 attendees from across Maine, the region, and beyond for the 2nd annual SecureMaine Conference featuring presentations and panel sessions covering the latest priorities in information and infrastructure security. 10th Annual Thomas Cup

Date: Friday-Saturday, March 28-29, 2025

The Thomas Cup is a free event for Maine high schoolers in which teams of five students compete in science, technology, engineering, and innovation competitions for the chance to win their names on the Thomas Cup and receive scholarships worth up to $10,000 over four years.

Dirty Dog Mud Run

Dirty Dog Mud Run

Date: Sunday, April 13, 2025
Place: 180 West River Rd., Waterville, ME 04901
Time: Races start at 8:45 a.m., usually done by Noon

The Thomas College Dirty Dog Mud Run is an annual event with a 5K, 15-obstacle course that loops through the woods and campus. Obstacles include mud, tire flips, wall climbing, cargo net climbing, and more mud.

President's Innovation Challenge

Date: Tuesday, April 22, 2025
Place: Summit Room: 180 West River Rd., Waterville, ME 04901
Time: 4:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.

Each year Thomas College undergraduate and on-campus MBA students are invited to participate in the President’s Innovation Challenge. In addition to learning and applying Design Thinking to a real-world professional experience, students have an opportunity to earn digital badges for skills highly-sought after by employers, receive $250, and have the chance to win other prizes during the final competitions.

Commencement is the annual celebration of our graduates. The 131st Commencement of Thomas College will take place in May 2025 on our campus in Waterville, Maine.

International Thomas Cup

Time: 4:00 p.m. Indio China Time, 5:00 p.m. Taiwan Time, 5:00 a.m. EST

The International Thomas Cup is a free event for international high school students in which teams of five (5) students compete in a Valorant, international esports competition.

12th Annual Terrier Tee Off

Date: Monday, June 23, 2025 (TBD)
Place: Waterville Country Club – 39 Country Club Rd., Oakland, ME 04963
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Scratch players and hackers, alumni and friends come together for a day filled with fun, friends, and great prizes. All proceeds support student-athletes and teams of the Thomas College Athletic Program.
